Just a note....

Het is mooi weer buiten maar toch kan ik het niet laten om een kaartje te maken. Hoezo verslaafd.....!!
Dit kaartje heb ik gemaakt voor de challenge bij Double Dutch http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/ daar moet je een dubbele pocketkaart maken. Dat leek me wel leuk.
Omdat ik ook een Magnolia heb gebruikt stuur ik hem ook in voor Just Magnolia Challenge http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/. Daar is het Anything Goes met gebruik van kant. Ook dat lukt wel.
Ik heb er 2 labels bijgemaakt, dat vond ik wel leuk om eens te doen. ( foto hieronder )

Thi card I made for the challenge at Double Dutch http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/   The challenge is to make a double pocketcard. I give it a try.
I also used a Magnolia so I will send it in for the challenge at Just Magnolia http://justmagnolia.blogspot.com/. There is the theme Anything Goes and the use of some lace. That's not a problem I think.
I made 2 labels for it.

Het is alweer bijna PASEN en natuurlijk horen daar paaseitjes bij. Wat is er nu leuker om ze te verpakken in zo'n leuk mandje of tasje.

Van Harte

Een speciale kaart voor een jarige van 82 jaar. Hij is ook tevens voor de challenge van Double Dutch Challenges http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/   . De opdracht daar is om een witte kaart te maken waarbij je alleen het afdrukje in mag kleuren. Dat heb ik dus niet gedaan en heb alleen een tekst gebruikt. Maakt de kaart wel zo rustig.
Was weer leuk om te doen.

A special card for someone who became 82 years old. I can also use it for the challenge at Double Dutch Challenges http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/. You have to make a card in white, only the image may have color. I didn't do that because I liked the card in white with only a sentiment.
Was fun to make again.

Hi there!

Dit kaartje ligt al 2 dagen klaar om te plaatsen maar de challenge van Marianne Design blog ging voor en gisteren was ik de hele dag buitenshuis.
Heb deze kaart gemaakt voor de challenge van Double Dutch Challenges http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/.  Heb me wel aan de sketch gehouden maar er een grapje mee uitgehaald en hem open verwerkt aan de voorkant. De kaart zelf is ook nog eens open te vouwen om de tekst in te zetten.
Vond het wel weer eens wat anders.

This card I made 2 days ago, but the challenge of Marianne Design blog had to go first online and yesterday I was out the whole day.

I used the sketch but made it with an extra funny inside. You can open the sketch aswell the inside to put some words in it.

Het gaat deze week goed met de kaarten én de challenges.
Nu een dubbele challenge, de sketch is van Dutch Card Lovers http://dutchcardlovers.blogspot.com/  en het thema van Double Dutch http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/  Hier moet je een zelfgemaakt scrappapier gebruiken.
Wel grappig om te doen. Ik had nog een nieuwe stempel liggen die daar uitermate geschikt voor was samen met inktstiften, die er ook al lang liggen en nauwelijks gebruikt zijn.
Ik hoop dat jullie het een leuk resultaat vinden.

Fun to do. I had a stamp in stock that I could use for this purpose together with some inkpencils I had in stock for a long time without using them.

Dit stempeltje had ik nét gekocht en die leek me erg geschikt voor beide challenges.
Het papier is K&Compagnie, de embossingfolders zijn D'vine Swirl en Swiss Dots, het jongetje is Mangaboy van Sugar Nellie (copics), de tekst is van het 15-jarig jubileum van Marianne Design. Verder is hij afgemaakt met lint, knoopjes en een embellishment.

Gepimpte theedoos

De afgelopen dagen heb ik weer eens heel wat anders gedaan.
Ik ben een houten theedoos aan het pimpen geweest. Dit is het resultaat.
Hij kan ook gelijk meedoen met de challenge van Double Dutch Challengeblog http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/.
Ik heb hem gemaakt voor een speciale vriendin die volgende week jarig is en gek is op rose. Het was ook erg leuk om te doen al had ik dat eigenlijk niet verwacht.
Het papier is van Basicgrey, de randpons is de Doily Lace van Martha Stewart. De bloemen zijn gemaakt met retroponsen en de grote bloemen heb ik geëmbosd met Swiss Dots. De blaadjes zijn geponsd met een McGill.

The last few days I was busy with something really different.
I was changing a wooden teabox in a special one. This is the result.
It's a good item for the challenge on Double Dutch Challengeblog http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/.
I made it for a special friend who has her birthday next week and she loves pink. It was such a fun to do and that I didn't expect it before.
The paper is from Basicgrey, the borderpunch is Doily Lace from Martha Stewart. The flowers are made with several retropunches and the big flowers are embossed with Swiss Dots. The leaves are made with a McGill.

Friday Sketchers en Double Dutch challenge

Een dubbele uitdaging dit keer. Ik heb de sketch gebruikt van Friday Sketchers

(http://fridaysketchersblog.blogspot.com/) en de kleurenchallenge rose/bruin/creme van Double Dutch (http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/). Was een echte uitdagingen om deze 2 te combineren. Het is me dus gelukt dus!

Het designpapier dat ik heb gebruikt is van Kaisercraft. De embossingmal Swiss Dots van de cuttlebug is gebruikt voor het rose colorcore papier, de bloemen zijn gemaakt met een CB stansmal, de stempel is Tilda van Magnolia en de tekststempel is van Doemaar Creatief.

A double challenge this time! I used the sketch from Friday Sketchers (http://fridaysketchersblog.blogspot.com/) en the colourchallenge with pink/brown/cream from Double Dutch (http://doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com/). It was a really challenge to make a combination of both challenges, but I did it!

The designpaper I used is from Kaisercraft. The embossingfolder Swiss Dots from the Cuttlebug is used for the pink paper of Colorcore, the flowers are made with a die from CB, the stamp is Tilda from Magnolia and the sentiment is from Doemaar Creatief.
