Birthday dreams

Weer een kleurenchallenge, dit keer van Dutch Card Lovers http://dutchcardlovers.blogspot.com/. De challenge is blauw, groen en rose.
Gisteravond lag ik in bed te bedenken hoe ik deze kaart zou gaan maken. Erg hé? Slapen hoor je daar te doen!
Toch is de kaart anders geworden dan mijn ideeën van gisteren, maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Ik vind hem heel lief geworden zo met die kleuren.
De kaart heb ik van cardstock gesneden, het papier is van Jillibean Soup (één van mijn favoriete merken), de stempel is van Penny Black. De swirls zijn gestansd met Creatable LR0116 van Marianne Design, de pareltjes zijn erop gemaakt met een Perlen Pen van Viva. Het hartje heb ik een aantal weken geleden gewonnen op de blog van Ingrid Danvers.

Yesterdayevening I was laying in my bed thinking how to get this challenge done. Not so smart isn't? You have to sleep there at that time!
Still the card has become different from my ideas lastnight, but that's not such a problem. I think he's very sweet with those pastelcolors.
The card I cut from a piece of cardstock, the dessins are from Jillibean Soup (one of my favorites), the sentiment is from Penny Black. The swirls I made with Creatable LR0116 from Marianne Design, the little pearls are made with a Perlen Pen from Viva. The heart I won a few weeks ago on the blog of Ingrid Danvers.

Iets anders!

Dit is een challenge van Card Patterns http://cardpatterns.blogspot.com/.
Ik vond de sketch erg leuk om aan te werken,  al is de eenvoud toch vaak moeilijk, maar ik ben tevreden.
Het papier is van Teresa Collins, de embossingmal is Stylized Flowers. Het papier heb ik bewerkt met de distresser en daarna met zwarte inkt, de sterren is een stempel van Different Colors en afgewerkt met knopen en suedelint.

I liked the sketch altough it's very difficult to keep it simple. I'm really sattisfied about this one.
The paper is from Teresa Collins, the embossingfolder is Stylized Flowers. I distressed the paper and used some black ink for the borders. The stars are made with a stamp of Different Colors and completed with some buttons and suéderibbon.

Het papier is K&Compagnie, de embossingfolders zijn D'vine Swirl en Swiss Dots, het jongetje is Mangaboy van Sugar Nellie (copics), de tekst is van het 15-jarig jubileum van Marianne Design. Verder is hij afgemaakt met lint, knoopjes en een embellishment.

Het papier komt allemaal uit Pretty Paper blocs van Marianne Design. Bewerkt met een distresser en inkt. De afbeelding is één van de Little Sweethearts van MD (copics), ze is gestempeld op een nieuwe Creatable LR0116. De tekst is CS0831 van het 15-jarig bestaan van MD. De randpons is Doily Lace van Martha Stewart. De kaart is verder afgewerkt met kant en knopen.
Ik hoop dat jullie in allemaal mee doen.

The papers are all from Pretty Paper blocs of Marianne Design (MD).  I used a distresser and some ink to give it a vintagelook. The image is one of the Little Sweethearts from MD, she is stamped on a new Creatable LR0116. The sentiment is CS0831 and is made for the 15th birthday of Mariannes concern.  The borderpunch is Doily Lace from Martha Stewart. I used some lace and buttons to complete te card.

De 1ste challenge vandaag is van Get Sketchy http://www.getsketchy.blogspot.com/.

Het papier heb ik onlangs op een beurs gekocht en komt uit Engeland van Kanban Crafts. Heel mooi.....chic!

De bloemen komen uit een ander vel maar wel dezelfde leverancier. Verder heb ik zilver origamipapier gebruikt en een witte donsveer.

Het papier had ik al even liggen en daar moest nu wat mee gebeuren. De sketch sprak me ook wel aan.

Het papier is van Magnolia, de stempel dus ook (copics), de embossingfolder is Swiss Dots, de tekst is van Penny Black, de bloemen zijn gemaakt met een stans van Crealies en de blaadjes zijn geponsd met een McGill.

Ik heb het nieuwe papier van Imaginsce gebruikt, Lucy Bird. Past goed bij de stempel  (copics) van WOF uit de kit Birdie Love, ook de tekst komt uit die kit. De randpons is van Martha Stewart, de embossingfolder met vlinders is van Crafts-Too. De bloemen zijn gemaakt met Floral punches van Nellie Snellen.

Een bijna zomerse kaart. Heerlijk met aardbeien!!.
